Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree not to use our services for hosting illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content. You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
3. Payment and Billing
All services are billed in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
Shared Hosting services come with a 7-day money-back guarantee (first-time users only). Domains, VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Add-ons are non-refundable.
5. Resource Usage
Users must not exceed allotted server resources. Excessive usage may lead to account suspension or termination without notice.
6. Uptime Guarantee
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
7. Termination
R H Enterprises reserves the right to terminate any account for violating these terms, hosting prohibited content, or non-payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
R H Enterprises shall not be liable for data loss, service interruption, or any indirect damages. Use of services is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy. No personal data is shared or sold without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our services.
